The desk fills when a gate is reached: money leaving the estate, an original leaving your hands, your signature, anything that cannot be undone, an heir who objects. Everything else runs on the one authorisation you gave.

Five steps

Six answers by voice. Closed lists, no names, no numbers.
The ledger, by code. A sourced rule table turns the answers into who to tell and by when.
Routine work on one authorisation. Notices, scripts, chasing, escalation. Templates filled by code.
Five gates, before every action. One card per task and gate; the receipt chain is scanned for the approval.
Certified copies through Alexa+ checkout. The add-on quotes; Alexa+ confirms, pays and takes the PIN.
